1. Description of Service

Rejuvenate is a daily mental wellness app that provides thoughtful messages, guided breathing exercises, reflection prompts, and private journaling. The app is designed to support daily mindset habits and personal reflection.

Rejuvenate is not a medical, therapeutic, or clinical service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

Rejuvenate offers a free tier with limited features (daily message only). Premium features are available through a paid subscription:

3. Auto-Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

4. Managing and Canceling Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly.

All content in Rejuvenate—including daily messages, reflection prompts, interface design, and branding—is the intellectual property of Rejuvenate and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without written permission.

Your personal journal entries and reflections remain yours. We claim no ownership over content you create within the app.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Rejuvenate is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We make no claims about the effectiveness of the app for any specific outcome. The app is a reflection and mindset tool, not a medical or therapeutic intervention.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rejuvenate and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, regardless of the theory of liability.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Rejuvenate at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Use. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device and canceling any active subscription.

10. Apple's Standard EULA

If a separate custom End User License Agreement (EULA) is not provided in App Store Connect, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement may apply as the default agreement between you and the app provider.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
